There are so many exclusions in the T&C, that it's really worthless. Plus the mandatory $150 per person add on tour, Singapore/Malaysians only, Mandarin speaking only make it quite dubious.
I'd also guess that their definition of 5 star hotel doesn't agree with mine.

Didn't realize they were allowed to be so dubious in Singapore, only a matter of time before the law catches up to them. lol the citizenship thing is pretty funny.

London and Paris Hotel Deals
For London and Paris hotels have a look at the deals website SecretEscapes.com. The Lancaster up at the moment, is £130 a night, I've stayed there before and is right next to Hyde Park Tube stop. If you want to get £25 there is a code floating about on VoucherCodes. Just search Voucher Codes Secret Escapes and you'll get the £25 off you total. (i have no affiliation with voucher codes just being helpful!) There are also 2 or 3 Parisian hotels listed which are only a shy over £100 a night and centrally located. Have a play about with the dates and see if they work for you.
Also there is a 20% off Ebookers.com coupon live this weekend (expires end of today) which could be useful to you, it's been posted in the "General List of codes" thread on the Hotels Forum here at FT. Just remember the 20% doesn't work on some chain hotels.

Dubai Hotel Recommendation
I'd highly recommend the Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, which until recently was the tallest hotel in the world. Stayed there last summer and was very impressed, room was fantastic and had great views over Sheikh Zayed Road towards the coastline. It's right next to the metro: Financial Centre Metro Station.
Checked for your dates and it's £100pn on LateRooms.com which also have a 10% cashback rate on Topcashback (not sure if you're US/UK based but have a look). This could give you nearly a free night in cashback.
I don't want to take credit for the code, but on the General List of codes thread you could book on the German Ebookers.de and get 20% off making it a similar price - PROSTNEUJAHR

Ebookers provides 320 euro the cheapest for family 2 + 2, so wonder where you found £100pn as it is not available via LateRooms.com anymore...

Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments
Paul,
Couldn't tell from your original post you required 2+2 hotel rooms. In which case perhaps check out the Auris Metro Central Hotel Apartments. The Late rooms deal must have expired quickly...
Located right next to the Metro (Internet City Metro station) and right along Sheik Zayed Road again. Rated great by TA, with a cert of excellence.
It's £75 per room per night so for 2x rooms you're still looking at £150. That was found on both expedia and hotels.com and you can also use the current hotels.com 10% discount code:EMHJA1410 which will save you on your total booking. Only did a quick search but there may be interconnecting rooms which presumably would be ideal for you and your family.

Booking.com codes
Hi,
Booking.com haven't historically used codes for promotions. They do however do cashback. Have a look on either Quidco / Topcashback. Their rates are usually between 4% - 6%
Not sure if you've checkout AirBnb before which are great for self catering apartments. There's a couple of codes floating about in the Discounts thread on this forum I believe. It takes a certain amount off your first booking (but be warned there is a booking fee also).
Also try Trivago if you find a specific aparthotel, like for example the one you've found on Booking.com. At the moment there are some great voucher codes on Ebookers and Hotels.com so great if you find any on those sites.

Hi there,
I'm a newbie to FT and really getting a kick out of scrolling through all of these forums packed with great deals! I'm looking for something quite specific at the moment and wondered if anyone had any advice? I'll be flying to Geneva for a 4 night mid-week stay in mid July and I'd love to find a good deal in the $100 - $150 per night range. So far I've checked groupon .de, .ch and .fr, but no luck there. I put in a request to a nice looking apartment on airbnb, too, but the host hasn't replied. There are 2* and a few 3* hotels in my price range on hotels.com and expedia, but I wondered if anyone has any ideas on making my budget stretch to something better?

They tend to save these deals for their email list, but its a pretty solid offer, especially if you get one of the refreshed suites. Free parking in SLT is also worth something, especially given the location, right by the Heavenly tram.
We usually pull the trigger at that place when its $!00 or so for Sat or Sun nights.

This is not a hotel deal, but I think it's worthy of sharing for travelers who don't have airport lounge access.
From Travelzoo:
$15 The Club lounge access one-time pass (reg $35, expires 30 Sep 2015)
Complimentary drinks, snacks, wifi, and other amenities. (I know SJC has a shower suite!)
http://www.theclubairportlounges.com/index.html
Only valid at 6 locations:
The Club at ATL (in Atlanta)
The Club at CVG (in Hebron, Ky.)
(2) The Club at LAS in D Gates or Terminal 3 (in Las Vegas)
The Club at PHX (in Phoenix; limited hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
The Club at SJC (in San Jose, Calif.)

Might be targeted, so YMMV. Expires Sep 1, I think.

That is actually common on many beauty/wellness deals in SG (valid for citizen/PR/(various other work passes) only)
