The Boeing Company Global Services (BGS) and Global Technical Operations (GTO) Human Resources (HR) team are seeking an Associate Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Jacksonville, FL.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value for the Jacksonville Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul portfolio and beyond. Each program has business growth and you will have the direct opportunity to enable the talent to service their amazing capabilities.

As a key member of the team, you will gain strong understanding of the business imperatives of the program to unleash the power of our talent in all functions. You will also support and partner with leaders at all levels - management to non-management.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Administers HR programs, systems and processes
  • Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies
  • Conducts preliminary analysis of workforce planning analysis
  • Resolves or assists in resolving employee service requests including Worklife tickets
  • Conducts employee investigations and alternative dispute resolution cases
  • Provides consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices, processes as well as utilizing conflict resolution techniques to ensure team cohesion
  • Champions Boeing's Enterprise Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments and provides guidance on deploying enterprise level activities in alignment with Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI)
  • Uses business intel to advocate on the behalf of the program to secure resources and any help needed from our functional partners
  • Partners effectively across the broader HR organization to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business
  • Influences the Global Technical Operations HR priorities, skill and talent discussions, development programs, resource deployment, etc.
  • Assists in creating engagement plans to cultivate an inclusive work environment
  • Supports HR projects supporting the GTO People Plan

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This required location will be Jacksonville, FL.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

  • 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
  • 1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • SHRM or HRCI certification
  • Experience supporting defense programs/products

Typical Education/Experience: Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $65,450 – $88,550
